Service Description
Procura is a procurement operations product for Shopify merchants. It helps users route order line items, create supplier-specific purchase orders, track operational status, and manage supplier communication workflows.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Procura.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and connected service access.
- You must use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for supplier contact accuracy, routing rules, and operational decisions made through the platform.
- You are responsible for reviewing communications, purchase orders, and downstream supplier actions where human review is appropriate.
- You must ensure that your use of Procura complies with your own legal, contractual, and commercial obligations.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Procura to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights
- distribute malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- abuse integrations, APIs, or supplier communication channels
- interfere with service operation or security
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or improve Procura from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or service changes as needed.
Third-Party Integrations
Procura may integrate with third-party providers such as Shopify, Firebase, Google services, and email delivery services. We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, or policy changes.
Disclaimers
Procura is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyronis disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyronis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of Procura.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
